Shipping Policy

• You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped. If you don’t see it, please check your spam or junk folder.
• All orders ship from Alberta, Canada. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
• Made-to-Order Items: Please allow 1–10 business days for processing before your order ships.
• Ready-to-Ship Items (including boutique clothing, purses, jewelry, and accessories): Ship within 1–4 business days.

If your order contains both made-to-order and ready-to-ship items, your order may be shipped together once all items are ready, unless otherwise arranged.

Once your order has been shipped and accepted by the carrier, Cactus Valley Boutique is no longer responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages. Shipping fees are non-refundable, including in the event of a return.

While we cannot control carrier delays, we are always happy to help you track your package or assist with filing a claim if you purchased additional shipping insurance. Delivery timelines are determined by the shipping carrier and may be affected by weather, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
